A high graft number is not automatically a better plan. The independent clinic first considers the pattern of hair loss, donor supply, age, health history and the coverage you want.

  • Seven clear photos. Show the full head in good light and sharp focus from about 12 inches (30 cm). If the scalp was shaved, allow at least two weeks of regrowth; beard assessment requires at least three days of growth.
  • A preliminary clinic answer. Suggested method, approximate graft range and whether an in-person evaluation appears worth pursuing.

How the figures were calculated

The euro prices come from Flymedica's current hair transplant page. The U.S. range is from Bosley's published cost guide. Dollar estimates use the ECB reference rate for September 9, 2026: €1 = $1.1652. Exchange rates and personal quotes vary.

Before you compare: international flights and travel to Poland for the included trichoscopic exam are not included. A companion sharing your room, breakfast and listed transfers is currently €40 for the two-night stay; confirm this before booking. Payment at the clinic is in cash in euros, and €500 notes are not accepted. The clinic confirms candidacy, method, graft count and final price after review. The package can cover up to 5,000 grafts when the operator considers that number appropriate.

Method without the hype

FUE describes extraction. DHI describes placement.

These labels are often advertised as competing procedures. In practice, the clinic may combine FUE extraction with DHI implantation and select details around your donor area and design.

FUE

Follicular units are extracted individually from the donor area. The recipient sites and placement approach are planned separately.

DHI

Grafts are placed with an implanter pen. It can support controlled angle and direction, but the result still depends on planning, handling and patient factors.

No-shave DHI

The visible recipient area may remain unshaved. This can make the early stage less noticeable, but it is not suitable or necessary for every case.

Ask for the name and role in writing. “Doctor-led” and “clinic-led” can mean different levels of involvement. Your written plan should say who evaluates you, designs the hairline, extracts grafts and places them.

Does Flymedica perform the hair transplant?

No. Flymedica provides information, communication and travel coordination. Qualification, treatment, prescriptions and medical decisions are handled by the independent clinic in Turkey.

How much does the package cost?

Flymedica.pl currently lists the promotional DHI package at €3,400 and no-shave Long DHI at €3,600, with €4,110 displayed as the regular comparison price for each. Dollar figures use the ECB reference rate of September 9, 2026. The clinic confirms the method, scope and final price after review.

What is included, and are flights included?

The published packages include the online consultation, VIP Istanbul transfers, blood tests, soft sedation before local anesthesia, the selected procedure, PRP, post-procedure supplies, two hotel nights with breakfast, an interpreter at every clinic visit, one trichoscopic exam in Poland and WhatsApp coordination for up to 18 months after treatment. International flights and travel to Poland for the trichoscopic exam are not included.

Can I bring a companion?

Yes. The current published supplement is €40 for the full three-day stay when the companion shares your room, breakfast and listed transfers. Confirm availability and the current amount before booking.

Will I need to shave my head?

Standard DHI normally involves shaving as instructed by the clinic. With Long DHI, the recipient area is not shaved, though donor-area preparation may still be necessary. The clinic determines what is feasible for your case.

How many grafts can be transplanted?

The published package can cover up to 5,000 grafts per procedure, but that is a limit, not a target. The operator selects a graft number that protects the donor area and fits the treatment plan.

When will I see the final result?

Growth is gradual and individual. Temporary shedding can occur before new growth. The clinic typically assesses the result around 12 months, while crown growth may take longer. No exact density or outcome can be promised.

How is the clinic paid?

The current published information says payment at the clinic is made in cash in euros and €500 notes are not accepted. Confirm the amount, method and receipt details with the coordinator before travel because payment rules can change.

Does the transplant stop future hair loss?

No. Untreated native hair can continue to thin, and not every transplanted graft necessarily survives. The clinic may discuss maintenance treatment when medically appropriate. Ask about the long-term plan, not only the procedure.

How does the guarantee work?

A claim can be submitted from month 12 through month 18 with current full-scalp photos. İbrahim Koç assesses the documentation and technical feasibility. If approved, the corrective procedure itself is complimentary; return flights, accommodation and airport transfers remain your cost. The terms also require scheduled photos, compliance with clinic instructions and prescribed maintenance therapy when not medically contraindicated.
